Iraqi security forces apprehended ISIS’ “black box” Nizam al-Dein al-Rifae in searching operations after the liberation of right bank of Mosul.

Rifae was moved to a counter-terrorism services center to be interrogated.

Nizam al-Dein al-Rifae is considered to be the third important person in ISIS.

ISIS’ leader Abu Bakr al-Baghadadi was radicalized at the hand of Rifae who is known to be ISIS’ “black box”.
