Oil falls slightly in quiet trading

Contracts crude oil futures prices fell Monday, slightly in trading was calm after a holiday on the occasion of a three-day Easter holiday.

Contracts benchmark Brent prices fell 49 cents to $ 55.40 at 0310 GMT. Prices had risen at the close last Thursday before the holiday lead to the closure of most of the major markets three cents to $ 55.89 a barrel.

Contracts for WTI prices fell median 47 cents to $ 52.71.
