Chat Room – News, Excerpts & Highlights
Spectra: Wadih al-Hanal * In light of the current globalization system in all countries of the world, and the liberalization of the bulk of global trade, and in light of the movement of money and international currencies between the countries of the world in line with the movement of international trade between countries, the acquisition is the term reserve and facilities for these activities and linked to the equation of return and risk,
Money is moving among countries for investment, so there is a so-called foreign investment. And that one of the main risks to investment is the so-called exchange rate among them in the world, because what matters to foreign investors is to ensure that the loss due to instability of the exchange rate (the so-called evaporation of the actual value of the currency) and thus non-operating losses that may result in revenue or Due to the decline in exchange rates between them.
chattels: The House of Representatives raises its meeting for the next Thursday after reading 11 laws Editorial Date: 2018/3/13 16:21 •
chattels: I saw nothing remarkable in the reading of any of the laws.

chattels: @Baxter Most days the news is akin to watching paint dry, eh ?
Baxter: absolutely….. and oil paint to boot…
chattels: IRAQ HURTLES TOWARD ANOTHER ELECTION: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW DOUGLAS A. OLLIVANT MARCH 13, 2018
chattels: Iraq continues to move slowly but surely towards recovery. The defeat of ISIL — despite a small insurgent pocket remaining in Kirkuk and Diyala — and the (relative) success of the Kuwait conference give Iraq the tools needed to continue moving forward and begin to solve its myriad of security, economic, and societal problems.
chattels: Unresolved issues — the integration of Iraq’s battered Sunnis, the relationship with the United States, and the diversification of the national economy, to mention just a few — could lead to a resurgence of the Sunni extremism that saw its latest manifestation in ISIL.
chattels: First, however, Iraq must successfully navigate the next election, scheduled for May 12. This election — the second since the end of occupation — presents three key questions for Iraq: First, will Haider al-Abadi be able to retain the prime ministry?
Second, will cross-sectarian lists find success? And third, will new voices be able to emerge and take real power? The proliferation of cross-sectarian and pro-reform parties is an encouraging sign, but it remains to be seen whether change has truly come to Iraqi politics at this early stage.
ABVC: Can anyone explain what all the uproar is? I have traveled before and have exchanged currency. I can do that at anytime. I do understand you don’t want to do that until there is a new eval. on the currencies, but I don’t get the caveats for the 800#, or the not going to a bank portion, the difference in consistancy in value; low denominations value is speculated to be less than the higher ones.
These are some of the questions I knw that are out there some where, I just don’t have the time or the patience for searching all over this site, or the net as I have done with the BCertificate, A4V, setoff debt instrument misinformation videos that are all over the net. Thank you for your patience with a newbee.
chattels: ” …………. , no single list will garner anything approaching a majority of the seats. The leader of the “largest block” (which can be formed after the election, per 2010 precedent) will have a herculean task in assembling his coalition.”
chattels: @ABVC To what / which uproar do you refer ?
chattels: ” ………… if Abadi’s “Victory” list gets 50 seats, he will still need to find at least another 115 seats (and realistically many more than that, given typical attendance levels in parliament) to reach 165 required for a parliamentary majority to form a government.”
ABVC: run for the exchange, waiting by the phone, etc.
chattels: @ABVC It is not something that I believe to be relevant or worthy of concern at this point.
BREW: @ABVC I THINK THAT’S CALLED GURU BS, LOL
chattels: ” — the leader of the largest block will have to try to craft a working coalition, whether a majority government (much discussed but never yet tried) or simply a national unity government composed of all the significant vote-winning parties, as has been the practice to date. Most observers expect any attempt to create a majority government, with some parties/lists left out of the distribution of ministries and therefore in opposition, to be very difficult.”
chattels: ” So rather than a more stable parliamentary model, where two to four parties negotiate a coalition, it is likely that five or six parties — at minimum — will have to agree to form the new Iraqi government. In other words, the negotiations will more closely resemble the complex coalitions of Italy and Israel, rather than the simpler ones of Britain and Germany.”
ABVC: chattels, pardon me but if you weren’t interested in replying to a question from a naive individual who like everyone on this or any other site/program, hoping for a better future, why reply? Just to put your foot on another’s neck? best wishes to you in your dream future!!!
chattels: ” In Baghdad, Abdul Basit Turki, who is both a former central bank governor and the former head of the Board of Supreme Audit, is heading the Iraqis for Change movement, running on an explicitly anti-corruption, anti-sectarian and anti-foreign influence platform.”
ABVC: I will bless and not curse.
chattels: @ABVC What are you talking about ?
BREW: @ABVC THE GURU’S KEEP IT HYPED UP.
chattels: @ABVC I replied as best that I can under all of the circumstances.
BREW: @chattels HE TOOK IT YOU DID NOT WANT TO GIVE HIM AN ANSWER.
chattels: There are no answers, just speculations.
ABVC: I was just hoping to get some knowledge about what everyone seems to be excited about. I have watched a few videos, but have been working on other areas so as to help others that have lots of debt, illness, homes lost etc. I guess my 1st sentence turned everyone sour on me.
chattels: Anyone in search of an authoritative and dispositve ” answer ” is fooling themselves, IMO.
BREW: @ABVC NOT ME, MY ANSWER WAS AND IS THAT THE GURU’S KEEP IT HYPED UP.
chattels: @ABVC I am not excited about anything. I invested because I was desparate and hope to get lucky.
ABVC: and I guess the one other individual that has replied to me, assumes I am seeking more than I have actually asked for.
chattels: @ABVC If you have some exigent pressures then I am sorry, but no one here can tell you with any certainly what, when, whether or how.
ABVC: I had asked why people wouldn’t be going to a bank, what is the 800 number for, basic questions.
ABVC: I do apologize.: Chattels, I am not asking any of those questions.
chattels: @ABVC NO need to apologize, but many do not believe in ” 800 numbers ” and some do not believe that there will be a public exchange at all, only private, the list of theories goes on and on.
chattels: @ABVC What specifically is your question ?
ABVC: OK thanks.
chattels: @ABVC If you are invested then good, i think, but nobody knows for certain anything about process and outcomes, IMO.
ABVC: I think it’s pretty sure that there will be a re-eval. All countries have that regularly.
ABVC: The currency is very expensive to make
ABVC: they dn’t employ high dollar plate makers for monopoly moneyt
chattels: @ABVC You obviously have your own beliefs and theories.
BREW: @ABVC IT’S HEAVY ON THE WALLET ALSO.
chattels: @ABVC After all these years I have heard them all.
ABVC: I am fortunate to not have to worry about the money aspect.
ABVC: I lost everything in 2008
chattels: @ABVC Our liquidity event could happen and it may not happen, IMO.
ABVC: and now live very modestly while I finish my masters degree at 54
ABVC: It will happen : I just didn’t understand some of the attributes,
chattels: @ABVC How it will happen, if it does, nobody knows, IMO.
chattels: @ABVC ” Attributes ” ?
ABVC: I believe if i can get a few answers, i will get some and I will make a small profit
ABVC: 800#, not using a bank

ABVC: all the things I posted initially. you may have missed my initial querryt
ABVC: that part sounds very odd
chattels: @ABVC ” Can anyone explain what all the uproar is? I have traveled before and have exchanged currency. I can do that at anytime.
